Job Description - Senior Test Manager- SAP (ID: 3024)

As a Senior Test Manager, you will:
  • Lead the end-to-end test management activities across multiple projects and vendors.
  • Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and test summary reports.
  • Drive defect management and coordinate defect triage processes.
  • Manage multiple test cycles including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Plan and manage testing across various test environments and projects aligned with release schedules.
  • Guide business users and ensure they are well-equipped to execute UAT efficiently.
  • Coordinate with multiple vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless test execution.
  • Contribute to non-functional testing including performance and automation.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 10+ years of experience in test management, with deep knowledge of testing principles and methodologies.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale test cycles (SIT, UAT) involving multiple vendors.
  • Strong understanding of SAP MM and its integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with test management tools like Octane (ALM) and Jira.
  • Familiarity with managing multiple testing environments and parallel test projects.
  • Knowledge of non-functional testing (performance testing, automation).
  • Proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in presenting testing status and snapshots to senior leadership.
You should possess the ability to:
  • Work independently and drive the testing process across a complex IT landscape.
  • Guide business users and stakeholders through testing activities.
  • Create a high-level view of the overall testing landscape and architecture.
  • Identify risks, conflicts, and impediments across test projects.
  • Adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic environment with multiple initiatives.
