Job Description - Senior Windows System Engineer (ID: 3906)

As a Senior Windows System Engineer, you will:
  • Design, implement, and manage Windows Server–based infrastructure across enterprise environments.
  • Administer and support Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), including users, groups, organizational units, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
  • Manage and troubleshoot DNS and DHCP services.
  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Terminal Services / Remote Desktop Services.
  • Manage VMware virtualized environments, including provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting virtual machines.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure stable operations.
  • Troubleshoot complex OS, networking, and infrastructure issues.
  • Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to maintain reliable IT operations.
  • Follow ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management.
  • Ensure security hardening, patching, backup, and recovery best practices are implemented and maintained.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 8–10 years of experience in Windows Server administration and infrastructure support.
  • Strong hands -on experience with Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022.
  • Solid expertise in Active Directory (AD DS, GPOs, users, and groups).
  • Strong knowledge of DNS and DHCP.
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, subnets, and routing.
  • Experience with Terminal Services / Remote Desktop Services.
  • Hands -on experience with VMware virtualization.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem -solving skills.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
You should possess the ability to:
  • Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
  • Use patch management and monitoring tools effectively.
  • Work with or have exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Apply ITIL Foundation or equivalent process knowledge in day -to -day operations.
  • Manage infrastructure changes while minimizing risk and ensuring service continuity.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and operational procedures.
