We are looking for a highly motivated Senior/Principal Technician Analytical Development - Cell Based Assays.

Scope of the job

As Senior/Principal Technician Analytical Development, you will join our team in assessing the efficacy and characteristics of CAR-T cell products. You are experienced in cell culture, flow cytometry and cytotoxicity assays and you know what is needed to develop and perform high quality assays to determine the biological activity of cell therapy products. You work hands-on in the laboratory, write scientific reports, and interact with other departments such as Quality Control. This is an opportunity to actively contribute to the optimization of analytical methods to meet the demands of our innovative pipeline. Your work will directly impact our efforts to deliver innovative treatments to patients in need.

Your role

• Proficiently design and perform a range of (cellular) assays to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of pharmaceutical products including, but not limited to, cytotoxicity assays, cytokine release assays and phenotypic analyses.

• Develop and refine protocols, ensuring assay robustness and reproducibility.

• Instrumentation: Operate (state-of-the-art) analytical instruments and equipment, troubleshooting as needed.

• Data analysis: Independently analyze assay data using appropriate software, contributing insights for data-driven decision-making.

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of assay procedures, results, and observations in line with regulatory standards.

Develop and refine protocols, ensuring assay robustness and reproducibility.

Instrumentation: Operate (state-of-the-art) analytical instruments and equipment, troubleshooting as needed.
