Then this Service Specialist role might be the perfect next step in your career.

Job requirements

If you have… 


As a service specialist you are responsible for amongst others: 

  • Providing first line support to our approved service providers; 

  • Follow up on daily operations and escalations (internal and external); 

  • Monitoring case based TAT (customer turnaround time) performance; 

  • Partner management, including analysing, surveying, training & maintenance 

  • Coordination of internal teams (logistics, sales etc.) with ASP’s to maintain a good service level; 

  • Highlighting gaps in procedures or points of improvement; 

  • Participate in projects to improve overall customer satisfaction and general service level; 

  • Coordination between country level requirements & internal teams; 

  • Create monthly performance reviews for the ASP’s; 

  • Willingness to travel if required (max 10%). 

And you are … 

  • HBO/ Bachelor level either obtained by education or working experience; 

  • Strong (English) communication skills (verbally and in written); Mandarin communication skills are a must.

  • Strong/excellent knowledge of MS Excel; 

  • Ability to work independently; 

  • Strong proven analytic skills, with numbers and data; 

  • Experience in the service industry is a plus. 

**This position provides a clear pathway to advance into the Business Efficiency function, with opportunities to lead process‑improvement initiatives as a project manager overseeing projects across different functions. 

***Applicants must be an EU resident or have an existing work permit allowing them to work freely in the Netherlands. Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in the Eindhoven area.
