Service Administrator – Enschede, The Netherlands

We have an opportunity for a Service Administrator to join our Enschede, The Netherlands team. You will play an important role, together with colleagues, in providing accurate information about technical matters and delivery conditions to (potential) clients. Additionally, this Service Administrator is responsible for preparing quotations and handling orders.

You will:

• Assessing requests from (international) customers and ensuring the correct materials are included in quotations.
• Responsible for accurate order processing in an automated system. You confirm, manage, and monitor delivery times.
• Indicating when materials can be shipped to the customer, in collaboration with logistics, planning, purchasing, and warehouse departments.
• Acting as the point of contact for service managers regarding customer inquiries, both technical and commercial, related to outstanding orders.
• Supporting colleagues in the department with preparing and processing orders and providing information about ongoing orders.
• Providing reports on delivery times, pending orders, invoices, outstanding payments, and open contracts.
• Managing and maintaining administration (quotations, orders, invoices, SLA/HL contracts).
• Supporting Service Managers with entering and maintaining quantity and service contracts in SAP.
• Reviewing spare parts lists and forwarding them to customers if requested.
• Report to the Manager Customer Service

Key Qualifications: 

• Completed education at least at MBO level, preferably in a technical-commercial direction.
• Several years of relevant work experience.
• Affinity with technology.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, and proficiency in Excel.
• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• You excel in working accurately, are service-oriented, and always maintain an overview — but most importantly, you take ownership!
