Service Cloud Trainee

Resolves issues related to business use of implemented systems or processes by working with systems or process owners and project teams to find acceptable solutions. Help identify business requirements, write and groom user stories, and validate product features and design. Execute test scripts for Salesforce and integration releases during informal and formal user acceptance testing. Communicate product updates back to business stakeholders frequently through different channels- demos, release notes, training documentation/videos, and user guides. Incorporate Agile, Lean, and User Centered Design methodologies to execute on product development, implementation and operations. When applicable create reports and dashboards in SFDC to show adoption, trends, etc. Support team meetings (standup, grooming, retrospective) and help plan and facilitate stakeholder and end-user meetings/workshops. Participates in global projects where applicable, including working with our integration teams. Stay current on new features, functionality, and application capabilities of Salesforce.com to address business requirements. Bachelor's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Business, IT, or related field.
