Job Description - ServiceNow Business Analyst

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow data products and modules, including CMDB, APM, CSDM, Platform Analytics, and ITOM.

Support the organization in defining business requirements and desired outcomes while aligning solutions with ServiceNow OOTB best practices.

Contribute to the development of the ServiceNow vision by leveraging industry experience, best practices, and the capabilities of relevant ServiceNow modules.

Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow innovations and capabilities, proactively educate business stakeholders, and support the adoption of new features and solutions.
