ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (ITSM/IT4IT) & Platform Business Analyst (ServiceNow)

Location: Utrecht (2 days per week on-site)

Job Description

My client is seeking experienced professionals to join our team in Utrecht for two key roles: Business Process Consultant with ITSM and/or IT4IT experience and Platform Business Analyst with extensive ServiceNow knowledge. Both positions require individuals who demonstrate strong initiative and can seamlessly integrate into our dynamic team, working closely with the Product Owner to identify and implement improvements.

Position 1: Business Process Consultant ( ITSM/IT4IT )

Responsibilities:

• Analyse and optimize business processes using ITSM and/or IT4IT frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies.
• Work with the Product Owner to identify areas for improvement and initiate necessary changes.
• Ensure alignment of IT services with business needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on ServiceNow.
• Proven experience with ITSM and/or IT4IT frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to show initiative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Utrecht two days a week

Position 2: Platform Business Analyst (ServiceNow)

Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise in ServiceNow platform functionalities and integrations.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement ServiceNow solutions.
• Support IT4IT, ITOM, and/or CSDM-related projects.
• Work alongside the Product Owner to identify and address improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong knowledge of ServiceNow.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, IT4IT, ITOM, and/or CSDM.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Availability to work on-site in Utrecht two days a week
