ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM) Developer

Requirements

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
  


• 3+ years of mandatory hands-on experience with ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM).
  


• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow BCM solutions to support business continuity and resilience initiatives.
  


• Configure and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP), Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Risk Assessments, and Recovery Plans.
  


• Develop and customize workflows, Flow Designer automations, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and platform integrations.
  


• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics to support business continuity reporting.
  


• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement BCM best practices.
  


• Support platform enhancements, upgrades, defect resolution, and ongoing application maintenance.
  


• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  


• Good understanding of Business Continuity Management (BCM), Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and Risk Management processes.
  


• Experience working in Agile environments with knowledge of ITIL practices.
  


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
  


• Experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules and third-party integrations.
  

Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  


• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
