Job Description - ServiceNow Developer - HRSD Specialist (ID: 3362)

As a ServiceNow Developer – HRSD Specialist, you will:
  • Design, configure, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow HRSD Suite, including Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, Employee Document Management, and HR Integrations.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow platform components such as Service Portal, Flow Designer, Workflows, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
  • Automate HR processes such as case management, onboarding/offboarding, employee transitions, and document management.
  • Build and maintain integrations with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
  • Develop scripts (JavaScript, Glide API, Client/Server) to customize and optimize platform functionality.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and HR metrics leveraging Performance Analytics and custom reporting.
  • Ensure solutions comply with security, role -based access, data privacy, encryption, and GDPR requirements.
  • Work as part of an Agile Scrum team, participating in sprints, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to deliver high -quality solutions.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 5+ years of overall experience, with significant expertise in ServiceNow HRSD Suite and platform development.
  • Strong technical skills across ServiceNow modules, scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), and automation.
  • Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
  • Hands -on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server integrations.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, data privacy, and security compliance best practices.
  • Proficiency in creating dashboards, reports, and HR performance analytics.
You should possess the ability to:
  • Work collaboratively in an Agile Scrum environment, contributing to sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Translate complex HR business requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Write efficient, maintainable scripts and workflows that align with best practices.
  • Ensure solutions meet compliance standards for security and data privacy.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non -technical stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly while maintaining a focus on quality and performance.
