Requirements

• Lead the technical delivery of ServiceNow solutions within the delivery pod.
  


• Act as the primary hands-on architect for Agentic AI solution development and ensure high-quality technical deliverables.
  


• Design and implement Agentic AI solutions using Model Context Protocol (MCP).
  


• Conduct technical discovery workshops with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
  


• Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub Spokes.
  


• Develop and customize solutions using Glide Script, server-side scripting, Flow Designer, and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
  


• Mentor technical consultants, perform peer reviews, and provide technical guidance.
  


• Serve as the escalation point for technical delivery challenges and project blockers.
  


• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and CMDB.
  


• Hands-on experience designing Agentic AI solutions using MCP.
  


• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, MID Server, and Spoke-based integrations.
  


• Proficiency in Glide Script, server-side scripting, Flow Designer, and ATF.
  


• Excellent leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  


• Three or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
  


• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  


• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.
