Job Description - ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

4â8 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer delivering platform configuration, customization, and AI-enabled solutions.

Experience executing build activities under the guidance of Solution Architects and Senior Technical Consultants.

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and customization using JavaScript and GlideScript.

Experience with CMDB setup, population, and data modeling.

Hands-on experience designing Flows for custom workflows and integrations.

Experience with Now Assist and Agentic AI flow design.

Strong knowledge of business rule development and process analysis.

Experience in test execution, defect triage, and issue resolution.

Ability to work independently, provide clear status updates, and proactively identify and communicate project risks.

ServiceNow CSA certification required; CIS (1â2 certifications) and CAD certification in progress preferred.
