Job Description

As Services Portfolio Standards Manager in Services Center of Excellence, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enhancing standards across our services portfolio. You will support Business Product Managers and Region Service Commercial stakeholders by benchmarking on services portfolio features to identify growth opportunities cross Business and Region; co-creating new enablers and target segment identification to improve retention, contract penetration, and POS attachment; cross and upsell opportunities for key propositions cross Business and Region and co-hosting Best Practice sharing forum sessions with regions and relevant stakeholders from Businesses and Services Center of Excellence.

Your role:

  • Benchmarking on services portfolio features to identify growth opportunities cross Business and Region.

  • Co-hosting Services Best Practice sharing forum sessions with regions and relevant stakeholders from Businesses and Services Center of Excellence.

  • Orchestrating framework of harmonized cross-business services portfolio.

  • Consolidating cross-business services portfolio roadmap.

  • Consultation as Center of Excellence for services portfolio strategy in business units and services portfolio catalog changes.

  • Consulted as CoE for Services portfolio catalogue changes.

  • Co-creating new enablers and target segment identification to improve retention, contract penetration, and POS attachment.

  • Co-creating cross and upsell opportunities for key propositions cross Business and Region.


You're the right fit if:

  • Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or MBA is preferred

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Product Management, Marketing, Business Development or Region in a commercial role is required

  • Understanding of "intangible" products (services and solutions) strategy and services business knowledge is a plus

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data – driven decisions.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

  • Project management experience is a plus

  • Fluency in English

*this position isn't open for relocation

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
