As a Senior Java Consultant, you'll be part of the in-house teams of leading brands. With your deep knowledge and experience, you take the leading role in project teams and serve as the key point of contact for clients. They rely on your code, vision, and input as a senior developer. But it doesn't stop there: you elevate other team members to the next level by guiding, motivating, and inspiring them to excel. 

You ensure that projects are not only technically solid but also contribute maximally to your clients' business objectives. From concept to impact: you're involved in the entire journey.

• Minimum 6 years of work experience as a Java Developer  

• Experience working at and with enterprise organizations  

• Solid experience with Java and/or Kotlin, Spring Boot, REST, integration testing, and Microservices  

• Database knowledge of Oracle, SQL, and/or NoSQL  

• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS). Kubernetes and Docker is a plus  

• Experience with CI/CD, AI tooling, accessibility, NodeJS, or other back-end languages/frameworks is a plus  

• You enjoy coaching developers in their technical and soft skills and easily take the lead  

• You speak fluent English
