About the role:
As our Social Channels Manager, you’ll play key role in shaping and leading the social media strategy across Landal. You’ll define the vision and framework for all social media channels across Europe, balancing global brand consistency with local relevance.What will you do:

You’re a strategic and inspiring leader with a clear vision for digital and social media. You know how to turn brand storytelling into measurable impact — and how to motivate teams to achieve outstanding results.
You bring:
A university degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
At least 10 years of experience in digital marketing, including 6+ years in senior roles focused on social media strategy at an international level.
Proven experience leading multi-market digital teams and transformation projects.
Deep knowledge of social media ecosystems paid and organic strategies, martech, and AI-driven analytics.
Strong analytical skills and experience managing KPIs for awareness, conversion, engagement, and retention.
A solid track record in stakeholder management at senior or executive level.
Experience in an international organization — ideally within the leisure, travel, or hospitality industry.
And on top of that, you are results-oriented, curious, and a proactive self-starter
This is you:
You’ll oversee planning, content strategy, budget allocation, and performance analysis across all social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Using data and AI-driven insights, you’ll optimize content performance and maximize ROI.Come work with us, as this is what we offer!
Together, we go above and beyond to provide the best possible service to our guests and property owners. When you take on this challenge with us, you can expect:
A one-year contract with a one-month probation period in accordance with the Recreation Collective Labor Agreement, with the intention of offering a permanent position.
A gross monthly salary between €4.808 and €6.869 (based on full-time employment), excluding holiday allowance.
27 vacation days per full-time working week*.
A home-working allowance of €2.40 per day.
Flexible working hours and the possibility to work partly from home.
Travel allowance in line with the Landal travel policy (€0.23 per km). If you choose to travel by public transport, 100% of your commuting costs will be reimbursed — as Landal encourages sustainable travel to work.
