Job Description - Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer you’ll be part of an experienced development team that builds , delivers and maintains high performance credit management solutions running on our private cloud and on Azure. You’ll interact with the business, designers and other tech team members on a daily basis.

  • Help establish technical direction and foundation, foster team culture, support colleagues and deliver exciting features to our customers.
  • Take end to end ownership of the software development life cycle. This includes design, develop, testing, deployment and support.
  • Be very hands-on; work with the engineering team to manage the day-to-day development activities by leading architecture decisions, participating in designs, design review, code review, and implementation
  • Work together with your colleagues in delivering the roadmap.
  • Proactively keep an eye on developments in relevant web technologies.
  • Play an active role in the process of modernizing our technology stack to allow the platform to scale exponentially while keeping the systems running stable and smooth.
  • As a T-shaped professional, you are also able and willing to carry out other team activities. These include, for example functional solution, incident handling and testing.
  • Work together with our Customer service department, resolve reported incident/defects and make our customers happy.
Basic Qualifications:
 
  • You love coding and have built many projects of your own projects.
  • You have experience developing web application using C#, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
  • You are fluent developing Rest Api 
  • You have experience in one or more front-end frameworks such as: ReactJS or NextJs and/or TypeScript.
  • You are comfortable with Container technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
  • Experience using Azure and Azure DevOps
  • You are passionate for Clean Code, SOLID Principles, Design Patterns and/or Micro service architecture
  • You are well organized and a self-starter
  • You are a team player. 

 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience/Knowledge of PHP and YII Framework
  • Experience in one or more RDBMS like MS SQL Server or MariaDB or PostgreSQL
  • Knowledge of / experience in credit management / financial processes
