Manometric is transforming orthoses and prosthetics from necessities to products people love to wear. We have built a proprietary 3D arm scanner, along with highly innovative brace designs and automation software. With a growing team of 30+ talented specialists, our company is getting ready to expand worldwide. We’re looking for an allround software engineer to help us get to the next stage!

How you will make impact

A fully digital workflow integrating 3D scanning, 3D printing and Artificial Intelligence might just be the most exciting part of our business. As a software engineer you get a chance to work on technology that not only gathers information but also makes decisions based on that information. You will develop novel algorithms, research, implement, write code, test, integrate and get new features live. You’ll work on building new experiences for both Patients and Medical Professionals, and will improve, help integrate and scale these to make our products accessible to more patients around the globe. As a crucial member of our cross-functional teams you will use the latest software development tools and approaches (React, AWS, CI/CD, K8S).

What you need to succeed

You have a strong desire to work on projects that could potentially change the world. And you have the experience to code the fundament of a robust, secure and scalable environment. On a personal note: you enjoy collaborating in multi-disciplinary teams and are not afraid to challenge ping-pong masters Bart & Martijn after lunch.

We also need you to bring this to the table

• Roughly 3 years of experience in software engineering, with at least a full year of frontend development experience using React or similar frameworks. Our current stack: JavaScript, React, Node, PostgreSQL, AWS, K8S, Docker, Linux.

• You bring a broad interest in (ux/ui) design, engineering, data and artificial intelligence and you’re eager to learn on these topics every day.

• We award some bonus points for affinity with healthcare and medical technology.

  You are able to work in our office in The Hague for at least three days a week.
