Solar O&M Manager

For a growing provider of solar energy solutions in Europe, we are looking for an O&M Manager who brings both technical expertise and organizational skills.

In this versatile role, you will not only be responsible for the technical maintenance and servicing of PV systems but also for planning and coordinating daily operations.

You will oversee collaboration with internal teams and external partners, develop maintenance strategies, manage projects from commissioning to handover, and actively contribute to the energy transition.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of solar technicians and third-party O&M providers.
• Oversee maintenance, optimize system performance, and provide technical insights.
• Perform inspections, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and remote support.
• Ensure smooth handovers for new commercial and utility-scale solar systems.
• Support O&M contract negotiations and develop corrective action plans.
• Oversee operations in Benelux, UK, and France.
• Collaborate with customers, subcontractors, and international teams.
• Take ownership, solve problems, and drive operational impact while growing professionally.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience with PV systems ⚡
• Driver’s license and willingness to travel within Europe ✈️
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written 💬
