Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working with Siemens Teamcenter, including a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Active Workspace (AWC) implementations.
  


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, assess, and transform technical debt into standardized and maintainable configurations.
  


• Deep expertise in the Active Workspace Declarative UI Framework, including JSON-based view models and HTML templates.
  


• Advanced knowledge of BMIDE, including Naming Rules, Deep Copy Rules, and Display Rules, with a strong understanding of their impact on the Active Workspace user experience.
  


• Proficiency in Deployment Center, application deployment processes, and environment management.
  


• Experience optimizing queries, stylesheets, and configurations to deliver high-performing and responsive user interfaces.
  


• Experience with Mendix technology; familiarity with Mendix integrations within the Active Workspace framework is considered an advantage.
  


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical architecture teams and business users effectively.
