In the role of Sourcing Specialist at Bufab, you will support the sourcing team Business Unit West from Bufab Flos, located at the Flight Forum in Eindhoven, right in het Brainport Region. You will also work with the BU sustainability coordinator. With your mentality and interest in sustainability and related EU regulations, you make a difference.

What will you do?

• You support, from a project-based approach, the lead buyers in researching and processing legislation in the field of sustainability, such as EU rules on Conflict Minerals, CBAM, and packaging transport;

• You actively call (international) suppliers for necessary declarations and/or documents, confirm agreements by email, and ensure and check the follow-up of mad agreements;

• You work closely with the lead buyers, maintain the supplier management system and supplier requirements such as code of conduct, capabilities, NDAs, etc.;

• You work closely with the BU Sourcing director and the BU Sustainability coordinator;

• You support ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks.
