As Senior Business Partner – Global Snacking DT Commercial, you will play a critical role in supporting the business objectives within our Global Snacking division. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, contribute to strategic initiatives, and champion digital solutions that help enable data-driven decision making. What you’ll be doing.  

Reporting to the Sr Director Global Snacking Digital Technology, the Senior Business Partner – Global Snacking DT Commercial is responsible for supporting commercial strategy execution through digital technology and data enablement. This position works closely with business stakeholders in Sales and Marketing within the Global Snacking division, ensuring that the division's commercial objectives are effectively supported by digital and technology solutions.
Acting as a connector between business and technology teams, you will help design, define, and implement processes and digital products that advance our business strategy, creating value across the Global Snacking division.

Responsibilities.

• Build Collaborative Partnerships: Develop trusted relationships with Sales, Marketing, and commercial stakeholders within the Global Snacking division to understand priorities and align technology support accordingly.


• Support Business Strategy: Partner with stakeholders in the Global Snacking division to identify opportunities where digital capabilities can drive commercial outcomes. Participate in relevant forums and discussions to represent Digital Technology priorities.


• Enable Technology Solutions: Work closely with Global Technology delivery teams and the regional PMO to help define, prioritize, and implement a portfolio of digital projects that align with Global Snacking’s strategic roadmap.


• Promote Adoption: Advocate for adoption of new digital capabilities and support functional teams in maximizing the use of technology within business processes.


• Facilitate Change and Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and agility, proactively identifying areas for process or platform optimization.


• Deliver Thought Leadership: Monitor industry trends relevant to snacking and bring actionable recommendations for digital innovation to the Global Snacking division.


• Drive Value Realization: Assist in tracking project performance, measuring business value, and reporting outcomes to key stakeholders.


• Support Digital Transformation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digital initiatives and help ensure value delivery for the Global Snacking business.

• Delivery of digital products, services, and solutions that directly support Global Snacking business objectives


• Effective collaboration and communication with partners at all business levels, with a focus on supporting commercial functions


• Demonstrated understanding of the Global Snacking division’s business goals and challenges


• Creation and maintenance of a collaborative environment to deliver common objectives for business and technology teams


• Application of relevant external trends and best practices to McCain’s Global Snacking digital strategy


• Achievement of defined project objectives, milestones, risk mitigation plans, and value measurement

Qualifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline; graduate-level qualifications (e.g., MBA) are an asset


• Minimum 7+ years of experience in a Technology Business Partner, Commercial Technology, or Digital Solutions capacity (experience within CPG, Snacking, Food Service, QSR, or Retail sectors strongly preferred)


• Proven track record contributing to digital transformation and technology programs for commercial functions, such as CRM, digital engagement, and analytics


• Experience supporting, guiding, or delivering projects related to sales execution systems, customer engagement platforms, and trade management solutions


• Familiarity with agile project delivery frameworks


• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across global and cross-functional teams to support business strategy


• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to foster alignment for technology initiatives with business needs
