You enjoy deep diving into the numbers and quickly understand the relationships between financial topics. You combine rigorous analysis with the ability to translate complex data into a clear, compelling story, bring different interests together, and take ownership of results. You work in a structured way, keep a clear overview, and are energized by improvements that have a direct impact.

In addition, you have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least five years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting
• Comprehensive understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Experience with cash flow forecasting tools and financial planning systems, such as SAP, Anaplan, Hyperion, or a Treasury Management System
• A sharp eye for detail and work accurately
• Self-motivated, proactive, and strong stakeholder management skills
• The ability to plan and prioritize deliverables in line with strict deadlines
• Affinity with process automation, AI, and data tools to support the development and improvement of forecast models
• Fluent in both English and Dutch
