SR Developer SailPoint/IAM

You have deep expertise in SailPoint IIQ and IAM Governance. You work in a structured way, communicate effectively, and connect stakeholders. You have experience in process optimization, automation, and technical support. You are familiar with SAFE/Scrum and ensure a stable, secure IAM environment with focus on standardization, scalability, and integration. You take initiative in shaping the IAM roadmap and contribute to establishing best practices.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, preferably IT-related  
• At least 5 years of experience with IAM and SailPoint IIQ, experience with migration to ISC is a plus
• Experience with JML processes, access certification, RBAC  
• Technical experience in SailPoint IIQ upgrades/patches  
• Knowledge of integration with enterprise applications  
• Experience with SAFE/Scrum methodologies  
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements analysis skills  
• Familiarity with IAM standards, policies, and best practices
