Sr Mgr RGM & Pricing Analytics

About the role:

Lead the thought process and implementation of global RGM, pricing and promotions analytics projects that are key for our portfolio optimization. You will work closely with colleagues across the globe to deep dive into the local pricing dynamics and to drive necessary action.

You will be part of the RGM & Pricing Analytics team based in Amsterdam. This team is responsible for driving data-driven pricing decisions globally. As we value diversity, we have a multi-functional and international team, with different points of view and new capabilities to help us deal with the ever changing market of Domestic Appliances. 

The impact you’ll make:

• Analyzes economic, management and other organizational data to quantify the (competitive/financial) performance of business segments, evaluates potential operational changes


• Supports management decisions around pricing and promotions and the design of new approaches and methodologies.


• Coordinates the application of statistical, mathematical, predictive modeling and business analysis skills to manage and manipulate complex high-volume data from a variety of sources


• Setting up and running insightful periodic reports on the pricing performance of different portions of the organization including tracking of price and promo initiatives and ROI measurement.


• Leveraging innovative methods to identify and propagate pricing opportunities targeted at margin enhancement.


• Supports the Commercial Organization with pricing insights


• Provide actionable recommendations to improve pricing performance and guide strategic decisions.


• Present data in a visually compelling manner using charts, graphs, and dashboards to make complex information easily understandable.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• Minimum BSc (or local equivalent) education


• Advanced proficiency with business modelling in excel


• Strong visualization and storytelling skills


• Analytic and strategic thinking skills, with ability to digest complex information and make data-driven decisions.


• Knowledge of and experience with statistics, databases (SQL), economics principles, yield management concepts and tools, reporting and BI solutions.


• Candidates from any of Analytics/Finance/Consulting backgrounds are encouraged to apply


• Fluent in English


• Ability to think in a creative and strategic way but be adept at delivering operationally to ensure analytics implementations are followed through to completion. Ability to work efficiently and flexibly to deliver results.
