Store Manager

Hi there! Are you ready to start on a journey with a purpose? At O My Bag, we're on a mission to make a positive difference in the world, one bag at a time. We're looking for a hands-on Store Manager who shares our passion and fits into our upbeat and friendly atmosphere.

You will be responsible for running O My Bags' two Amsterdam stores. This includes ensuring operational efficiency, maximizing sales, providing excellent customer service, and onboarding, training, and leading a proactive and enthusiastic team of Store Reps.

Operational Management:

• Oversee daily operations of both stores, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.

• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders as needed.

• Manage budgets for both stores.

Sales and Customer Experience:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales. 

• Monitor sales performance and set targets for store staff. 

• Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer complaints or issues promptly.

• Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays.

Team Management:

• Recruit, train, and coach store employees.

• Set up a training program for the store staff to set them up for sales success.

• Plan and execute local marketing initiatives and in-store promotions.

• Preparing promotional materials and displays in collaboration with the marketing team.

• Engage with the local community to enhance the store’s presence and reputation.
