Your role

The search is on for a stellar Store Manager. You thrive working alongside a team to deliver the best possible coffee experience in our 9 Wakuli stores (and counting!) in Amsterdam. You will work closely together with the store management team colleague(s), Wakuli's Brand, Operations and Product teams to bring Wakuli's promise of accessible specialty coffee to the streets.

You are a proven people person who takes pride in giving amazing service experiences and influencing your team to do the same. Barista knowledge and retention are what you strive for, and you will co-drive Wakuli's Barista Academy.

You are customer-centric and believe in impact products with flawless execution, making every effort to give your customers exactly what they need. You excel in fast-paced environments and enjoy an inclusive, collaborative workplace, where your voice genuinely counts.

You will lead individual, team and location initiatives to drive sales and business performance. There will be a myriad of growth opportunities, you only need to be ready to take them!
