- You make sure your team advises with genuine interest and treats everyone as an equal — so no one in the store feels like "just a customer." That's how sales and brand presence turn into something more: real connection.
- You keep an eye on stock levels, coordinate reorders, and make sure the store always looks the way OACE should look.
