About this role

As a Strategy & Analytics Lead within our Customer Intelligence team, you will generate insights that directly influence the business strategy. Your mission is to translate customer data into high-impact growth initiatives: accelerating new customer activation, maximizing order frequency, and proactively mitigating churn. You are the crucial link between raw data and compelling analytical storylines that reveal clear commercial opportunities.

Collaboration is a central part of this global role. You will work together with colleagues from different departments to break silos, drive novel insights, and translate your results to market-specific initiatives. You will be part of a diverse and dynamic environment within a leading tech company, working with the newest technology, platforms, and tools.

This is an all-round role, in which you contribute to several strategic topics, such as our Loyalty Program. In addition, you will:

• Lead: build a strategic driver framework, prioritise and test hypotheses, and determine the next most impactful insight
• Analyze: conduct data analysis using Python and SQL to uncover strategic, customer-centric insights
• Influence: translate your data-driven findings into persuasive presentations with clear recommendations
• Collaborate: break silos by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, such as Product, Marketing, Sales, and local analytics teams
• Innovate: explore and implement new AI technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the team

What will you bring to the table?

You are a strategic thinker who views data as a necessity to drive business growth and make smarter decisions. You are an excellent problem solver with strong communication skills.

To thrive in our fast-paced environment, ideally you bring:
 

• Proven relevant expertise – with a strong preference for a consultancy or strategy background. You have demonstrable experience in customer analytics, backed up by advanced quantitative skills in areas such as Econometrics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Strategic mindset with a sharp business focus – you prioritize the big picture, you have a relentless focus on tangible impact, and you effortlessly translate business objectives into analytical insights.
• Confidence in leading a project, both from a content and stakeholder perspective - you are comfortable and experienced at taking the lead, defining objectives with stakeholders, and driving tangible results.
• Strong analytical and technical skills – in addition to leading analytical projects, you will also perform analyses independently. Therefore, you possess in-depth knowledge of relevant tools and technologies, including SQL and Python.
• Excellent communication skills and experienced at creating data-driven storylines – you possess the rare talent of turning complex analytical findings into concise and actionable narratives for stakeholders at every level, including the CEO.
• Driven by curiosity, collaboration, and continuous growth – you are eager to drive results in a positive, team-oriented project culture. You challenge the status quo, and you are curious to implement new AI technologies to achieve business growth effectively.
