• Managing a team of 10-15 Housekeeping staff.
• Assigning tasks, giving directions and instructions, and monitoring quality and productivity.
• Supervising and training new employees.
• Managing time registration and access keys.
• Assisting in cleaning maintenance.

• Is representative, hospitable and service-oriented;
• Possesses excellent planning and organisation skills.
• Has strong communication skills.
• Can be motivating and encouraging.
• Is flexibly employable and willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Has an excellent knowledge of the Dutch language, with a good basic knowledge of English.
