Supervisor On -Site Support

As Supervisor On-Site Support at our Client, you play a crucial role in the energy transition, where your leadership and strategic insight directly contribute to a stable digital workplace. This is a 40-hour position.

In the role of Supervisor On-Site Support, you are responsible for the daily management and coaching of the On-Site Support team. You ensure efficient planning and scheduling, solve complex issues on location, and optimize service provision and customer satisfaction by developing and implementing new initiatives. In addition, you work closely with the product owner and other departments to improve IT policy and ensure a stable digital workplace. We create the energy grid of the future for everyone, with everyone. And as Supervisor On-Site Support, you contribute to this.

So you are busy with:

• Managing and coaching the On-Site Support team, focused on professional growth and efficient;
  


• Responsible for drawing up and managing the team's planning and scheduling;
  


• Assessing and solving complex issues on location in both Dutch and English;
  


• Continuously improving service provision and customer satisfaction by developing and implementing initiatives;
  


• Independently performing system management and process coordination.
