• Managing and coaching the breakfast staff.
• Training new colleagues.
• Overseeing compliance with safety regulations, HACCP and working methods.
• Coordinating the work and adjusting when problems arise.
• First-line handling of questions and comments from guests.

• Communication skills and easy interaction with both guests and colleagues.
• Has an excellent command of Dutch and English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
• Is an early bird who is naturally service-oriented and representative.
• Is stress-resistant and prioritises correctly in a dynamic working environment.
