Brought to life in 2018, our founders Marnix and Marc promised a healthy but tasty alternative to soft drinks. Today, our water is tapped in almost 16 countries. As we gear up for serious growth, we need a Supply Chain Coordinator to orchestrate stock levels, purchase orders, inbound logistics, and RMA tracking with precision. If you’re detail-obsessed, thrive in dynamic environments, and love optimizing processes, this is your moment to shine.

Ownership Areas

• Stock Level Tracking: Keep our inventory data accurate and up-to-date, so we always know what we have and what we need.

• Purchase Order Management: Create, follow up on, and optimize purchase orders to ensure timely deliveries.

• Inbound logistics coordination: Streamline the movement of materials from suppliers to our warehouses.

• RMA Tracking: Manage Return Merchandise Authorizations so we stay on top of product returns and repairs.

Stock Level Tracking: Keep our inventory data accurate and up-to-date, so we always know what we have and what we need.

Purchase Order Management: Create, follow up on, and optimize purchase orders to ensure timely deliveries.

Inbound logistics coordination: Streamline the movement of materials from suppliers to our warehouses.

RMA Tracking: Manage Return Merchandise Authorizations so we stay on top of product returns and repairs.

Supportive Tasks

• Supplier Management & NC Management: Collaborate with suppliers and handle non-conformities to keep things running smoothly.

• Quality Control: Help maintain the highest product standards.

• Process Optimisation: Identify and implement improvements that boost efficiency across the board.

• Relevant Experience: At least 3 years in a related field.

• Proficient in Exact & Google Sheets - You’re confident navigating both.

• Fluent in English

• Eye for Detail - You spot the small stuff that others might miss.

• Reliable - We can count on you to see tasks through to the finish.

• Adaptable - You keep calm when projects shift or surprises pop up.

• Worked at a company that makes physical products.

• Able to work in the Netherlands without requiring any sort of visa sponsorship (we are not IND sponsors).

Relevant Experience: At least 3 years in a related field.

Proficient in Exact & Google Sheets - You’re confident navigating both.

Fluent in English

Reliable - We can count on you to see tasks through to the finish.

Adaptable - You keep calm when projects shift or surprises pop up.

Worked at a company that makes physical products.
