For our Supply Chain department we are looking for a communicatively strong trainee who wants to develop him- or herself into an Supply Chain specialist or Group Leader. As a trainee you will be operating in several disciplines of Supply Chain within our organization. • During your first six months you will be involved in handling customer requests and process improvement. Together with the project team you will guide the customer demands to the desired end result
• During your other assignments you will:
  • work half a year on a project based on innovation;
  • work four months at a Rexroth location abroad;
  • learn and work in eight months with IT supply tools.

• You have a master’s degree in Logistics or similar studies
• You are decisive and confident;
• You have empathy with the customers’ demands;
• You have strong communicative and social skills;
• You are analytical and pragmatic
• You are able to travel internationally
• You can easily learn to use new software, like SAP or a CRM.
• You can speak Dutch and English
