About the Role:

The role sits within the internal Tax Team and reports to the Global Head of Tax. The successful candidate will support tax compliance, year-end reporting, and tax-related projects across the EMEA region. They will also work closely with the finance team and the business to support operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Preparing and reviewing half-year and year-end effective tax rate calculations and tax disclosures for the group.


• Managing direct tax compliance across EMEA, including review of tax returns and preparation of internal files.


• Managing VAT returns and related indirect tax compliance.


• Partnering with internal stakeholders (finance, legal, business) to support decision-making.


• Assisting the Global Head of Tax in managing regional tax risks.


• Liaising with external tax advisors.


• Conducting research on tax and regulatory requirements.


• Leading and supporting tax-related projects for the group.


• Performing other ad hoc duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking a candidate with the following skills, experience, and qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of corporate income tax.


• Approximately 4–5 years of experience in corporate tax, ideally gained in Big 4 or large second-tier firms.


• Relevant professional qualification (CA, CTA, ACCA, or equivalent).


• Experience in the financial services industry is preferred but not essential.


• Exposure to tax advisory and/or compliance in other EMEA jurisdictions is preferred.


• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.


• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
