Team leader Accounts Receivable

Key responsibilities

· Maintain and develop a team of 2 employees

· Manage the accounts payables team on a daily basis

· Responsible for the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of accounts payable reporting

· Manage and improve payment terms with our suppliers

· Manage our cashflow on a daily basis through ensuring timely processing of invoices, resolving of differences and execution of payments in line with the agreed payment terms

· Manage and develop solid accounts payable processes

· Manage the relationship with our suppliers

· Manage the relationship with internal stakeholders such as the Accounting department, the FP&A department, procurement and Goup Head of NWC

· Bachelor’s degree in business economics

· Subject matter expert accounts payable

· +8 years in accounts payable

· +3 years in leading accounts payable teams

· Experience in change management and process improvement

· Analytical and problem solving skills

· Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbal and written

Nice-to-Have Skills

· Experience in Medical Sector

· Experience with Exact Globe Next, CIFAS
