Team leader Accounts Receivable and Care administration

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain and develop a team of 10 employees

· Manage the accounts receivable team on a daily basis

· Responsible for the completeness accuracy and timeliness of account receivable and overdue reporting

· Manage payment terms and credit risks of our customers

· Manage our cashflow on a daily basis through ensuring timely billing and payment from our customers

· Manage and develop solid account receivable and credit management processes

· Manage the relationship with our customers

· Manage the relationship with internal stakeholders such as the FP&A department and sales

· Bachelor’s degree in business economics

· Subject matter expert account receivable

· +8 years in accounts receivable

· Experience in leading accounts receivable teams

· Experience in change management and process improvement

· Analytical and problem solving skills

· Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbal and written

Nice-to-Have Skills/Experience:

· Experience in Medical Sector

· Experience with Exact Globe Next
