The Team Leader Information & Automation is responsible for ensuring reliable information provision and a stable ICT environment. The role involves managing a team of IT professionals, optimizing processes, and contributing to the strategic direction of the organization. Additionally, work is done on professionalization, information -driven working, and safeguarding information security and continuity.
Tasks and responsibilities
• Leading the Information & Automation team
• Guiding the team in further professionalization
• Motivating and coaching employees at individual and team levels
• Responsible for the recruitment and selection of new colleagues
• Identifying and resolving bottlenecks in processes and driving improvements
• Contributing ideas on substantive issues and making strategic decisions
• Ensuring the development, updating, and compliance with policies
• Budget responsibility for the IT & Automation budget
• Contributing to the management team of the Business Operations sector
• Final responsibility as application owner for various applications
• Representing the team within the organization
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Completed higher professional (HBO) or university (WO) education in the field of computer science, (technical) business administration, or management information systems
• Experience as a team leader or program manager/project leader in an ICT environment
• Affinity with organizational development and professionalization
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect technology with the organization
• Empathy and an eye for needs within and outside the team
• Stress -resistant within a 24/7 organization
• Mastery of the Dutch language
• Able to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)
