Job Description - Teamleider Risico Analyse

Teamleider Riscio Analyse

Temporary leadership role responsible for implementing and embedding a new asset risk-analysis methodology, while providing operational leadership to a team of six risk analysts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead implementation and further development of risk-analysis processes

Manage and coach a team of specialist risk analysts

Develop and improve risk models, matrices, dashboards and calculation methods

Translate risk analyses into maintenance and investment priorities

Monitor progress, set priorities and ensure timely decision-making

Manage stakeholders across a complex Asset Management environment

Support Strategic Investment Planning through risk-based analysis

Ensure effective workload management, team development and delivery of results

Key Requirements

Proven experience leading specialist teams

Strong people-management and coaching skills

Experience with risk analysis / risk management methodologies

Experience implementing new processes and ways of working

Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills

Asset Management / energy infrastructure experience is an advantage

Location: Rotterdam/hybrid

Duration: October 2026 – March 2027
