Responsibilities:

• Support the application and selection of mechanical seals and associated supply systems
• Develop foundational knowledge in mechanical seals, supply systems, and PG seals
• Provide technical support to internal sales and field sales teams.
• Prepare and draft technical quotations and proposals
• Actively participate in the sales process, from enquiry to order
• Create, manage, and follow up on customer offers
• Maintain and further develop customer relationships
• Prepare and maintain technical specifications, documentation, and records

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: MBO level (HBO thinking level preferred)
• Basic knowledge of mechanical seals and sealing systems
• Strong technical understanding with a willingness to learn and develop
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a structured, accurate, and detail-oriented manner
• Proactive team player with a hands-on attitude
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
