Requirements

• Experienced technology leader with 12–16 years of expertise in digital product engineering, cloud technologies, and enterprise application development.
  


• Strong background in .NET-based digital platforms, frontend architecture, DevOps practices, AWS cloud solutions, Data & AI initiatives, and Agile delivery methodologies.
  


• Highly autonomous professional capable of driving technical strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable, business-aligned solutions.
  


• Strong experience in designing and delivering digital channels and enterprise-grade products.
  


• Deep expertise in the Microsoft .NET ecosystem and modern frontend architecture.
  


• Proven ability to define scalable application architectures and drive product modernization initiatives.
  


• Extensive hands-on experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and infrastructure management.
  


• Strong understanding of software delivery best practices, quality engineering, monitoring, and operational excellence.
  


• Strong expertise in AWS cloud services, cloud-native architecture, migration strategies, security, scalability, and cost optimization.
  


• Experience designing and implementing resilient, highly available cloud solutions.
  


• Exposure to enterprise data platforms, analytics, AI/ML initiatives, and data-driven solution design.
  


• Ability to leverage emerging AI technologies to drive business innovation and operational efficiency.
  


• Strong experience working within Agile environments, leading teams through iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
  


• Ability to operate independently while aligning technical delivery with business objectives.
  


• Lead the design, development, and delivery of digital products and technology solutions.
