At Guerrilla, we’re passionate about creating cutting-edge technology tailored to the needs of our games and our partners. That’s why we built Decima: an award-winning, industry-leading engine designed from the ground up.

Decima pushes modern hardware to its limits, delivering best-in-class graphics and performance. It also empowers teams with artist- and designer-friendly workflows, robust production planning tools, and advanced debuggers for programmers.

PRODUCTION

Our producers are the heart of the studio and ensure all Guerrillas work in sync to deliver the best results within the most ideal time frame. As a Technical Producer, you will be an integral part of our technical development teams, constantly looking for opportunities to improve efficiency, introduce new ideas, and evolve our production techniques.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Technical Producer, your main tasks and responsibilities are:

• Running numerous teams and pipelines that support the goal of continuing to make Decima a best-in-class engine. 


• Support multiple teams in running their day-to-day routines and activities smoothly, in order to promote efficiency, timely deliveries, and collaboration with internal and external teams.


• Provide visibility to internal stakeholders and work with other teams to clear up dependencies and promote collaboration in cross-team matters.


• Maintaining project schedules and status reports, dealing with possible risks and inevitable changes/alterations to original planning before they impact the schedule or overall end result.


• Efficient scheduling and running of meetings, assessing all prior requirements and ensuring goals are clear and followed up on.


• Contributing ideas openly and regularly for improvements to our studio practices at Guerrilla.

WHO YOU ARE

• Have 3 or more years of experience in games as a Producer, working with complex cross-disciplinary teams


• Have experienced all stages of AAA development from concept to release as a Producer, or similar stages within other technical software development fields


• Have a keen ability to distill complex discussions into clear, actionable requirements while fostering effective collaboration with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds.


• Enjoy taking a large number of variables and distilling them to a clear and driven message with achievable goals


• Love working with exceptiona, creative, and talented people on industry-leading projects

BONUS:

• Experience working on technical teams and projects such as Engine/Rendering or Tools
