Job Description - Technical Support Specialist

Your mission


  • Technical Support (2nd line): manage the service escalation process; provide remote technical support to Field Service and customers; analyze technical parameters, log files, and troubleshooting information to diagnose complex issues; prepare technical assessments, develop solution plans, and coordinate these with the service organization; involve other departments or disciplines when needed.
  • Information Management & Knowledge Sharing: advise and support service teams and internal departments with technical questions; identify structural issues and implement sustainable solutions for recurring problems; provide technical training and presentations within area of expertise; contribute to product development projects and ensure seamless, successful product launches within global service and support.
  • Data Analysis: perform technical analyses to resolve failures and identify bottlenecks; identify patterns and trends in support cases and performance metrics to drive data-based decision making and solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and service performance




Your Qualifications


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical engineering, 
  • Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering
  • Advanced knowledge of nanotechnology
  • Experience with troubleshooting and technical analysis of complex systems
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English
  • Proven ability to lead laterally through trust and clear communication
  • Knowledge of internal processes, procedures and safety guidelines
  • A proactive and solution oriented attitude
