As an IT Support Specialist in the Netherlands, you are the frontline partner for our employees, ensuring their technology works when they need it most.

You provide hands-on and remote support, resolve issues efficiently, and collaborate with European IT teams to keep systems secure, stable, and user-friendly.

You sit at the intersection of technology, user experience, and business operations — turning technical challenges into smooth, reliable solutions.

This role is for someone who:

  • Solves problems with structure and ownership

  • Believes IT should enable the business, not slow it down

🧠 What we’re looking for

Your background includes:

  • Experience in 1st and 2nd line IT support (on-site and remote)

  • Strong knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365

  • Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, peripherals, meeting room systems)

  • Understanding of network fundamentals (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

  • Experience with user management (Active Directory / Microsoft 365)

  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and SLA-driven support

  • Basic understanding of IT security practices (patching, endpoint protection, phishing awareness)

You are someone who:

  • Communicates clearly in Dutch and English

  • Takes a structured, analytical approach to troubleshooting

  • Focuses on root cause resolution, not quick fixes

  • Prioritizes effectively and works well under pressure

  • Knows when to resolve independently or escalate

  • Collaborates easily in an international environment

  • Stays curious and continuously develops your IT skills
