Technical Support Specialist (German)

Join our Amsterdam team as a Technical Support Specialist (German speaking).

We’re looking for someone who enjoys troubleshooting and communicates confidently by phone and email. If you have a curious and investigative mindset, enjoy helping others, and have a genuine interest in tech, this role might be for you!

What you’ll do

• Support our Service and Retail partners with technical questions by phone and email.


• Investigate issues by asking the right questions and gathering relevant information.


• Guide partners through troubleshooting steps and possible solutions.


• Work closely with workshops and internal teams when further support is needed.


• Build strong knowledge of our bikes, tools and processes.
  
  

What you’ll bring

• Tech savviness and curiosity (for e-bikes).


• Experience in customer service, support or a fast-paced environment.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• A professional and approachable phone manner, with empathy for our partners.


• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical partners.


• Ability to adapt and manage changing priorities.


• Fluency in English and German.

• We offer a gross annual salary of €35,640 (incl. holiday allowance) based on a full-time contract.
