Job Description - Telecom OSS Architect (ID: 2928)

As a Telecom OSS Architect, you will:

Drive the architectural design and evolution of Telecom Operational Support Systems (OSS) with a focus on Plan & Build lifecycle stages.
Lead the development and integration of network design and planning solutions into the broader OSS architecture.
Define and document architectural standards and principles across the telecom network domains.
Collaborate with engineering, planning, and operations teams to ensure alignment between technical design and business strategy.
Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to support end-to-end service fulfillment, provisioning, and network evolution.

What You Bring to the Table:

8+ years of experience in Telecom OSS architecture, network planning, and design.
Proven track record of delivering architecture solutions across large-scale telecom environments.
Deep understanding of network technologies (IP, optical, RAN, transport), and their associated planning and inventory systems.
Experience with OSS tools for Plan & Build (e.g., inventory, topology, design tools).
Familiarity with TM Forum frameworks (eTOM, SID) and industry best practices.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical documentation skills.

You should possess the ability to:

Design end-to-end OSS architectures supporting network build, expansion, and lifecycle management.
Align business needs with technical solutions in dynamic telecom environments.
Work with cross-functional teams including product owners, network planners, and IT architects.
Analyze existing infrastructure, identify gaps, and propose modernized OSS architectures.
Mentor technical teams and guide solution implementation across project phases.
