Your mission

Prepare, calibrate and test advanced maskless laser lithography systems to ensure they meet all Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) criteria
Configure and integrate system software and PLC components, ensuring seamless communication and functionality across all subsystems
Perform high-precision calibration of motion platforms and optical modules, working at nanometer-level accuracy to meet stringent performance standards
Diagnose and resolve complex issues involving electrical, mechanical and optical components, ensuring optimal system performance
Conduct comprehensive final acceptance testing, including process steps such as spin coating, development and SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) analysis
Work closely with colleagues while maintaining a high level of ownership and responsibility for your specific area of expertise.

Your Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Sciences, or Nanotechnology
Hands-on experience with high-tech equipment (semiconductor/photonics), including laser systems, optics, precision motion, PLCs, system software, and cleanroom processes
Strong analytical skills for diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and optical issues, with precision calibration experience at nanometer-scale tolerances
Detail-oriented, accurate, and strong team collaboration and communication skills in multidisciplinary environments
Fluent in English (Dutch a plus). Cleanroom, ESD, SEM operation, or PLC/automation certifications are beneficial.
