Job Description - Test Engineer (ID:3999)

As a Test Engineer, you will:

Define test strategies and create comprehensive test plans.
Manage end-to-end testing activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with business users, product owners, and development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Plan and execute migration testing activities, including data validation and risk assessment.
Manage defects and drive quality initiatives.
Ensure seamless system transitions through structured testing approaches.

What You Bring to the Table:

10+ years of experience in Test Engineering and Test Management.
Strong expertise in defining test strategies and developing comprehensive test plans.
Extensive experience in migration testing, including planning, execution, data validation, risk assessment, and defect management.
Strong understanding of Agile ways of working and Test Management.

You should possess the ability to:

Coordinate and align effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Manage complex end-to-end testing activities.
Identify and mitigate testing and migration risks.
Validate data accurately during system migrations.
Drive quality improvements and ensure effective defect resolution.
Support successful system transitions through structured testing practices.
