Test Specialist Capital Transfer

We help improve cost efficiency, simplify application architecture, optimize time to market, enhance straight-through processing, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. For one of our clients, we are looking for a Technical Test Specialist (Capital Transfer). In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and executing in-depth technical tests within a complex IT landscape.

The assignment is part of the Pensions program and focuses on the implementation of Capital Transfer activities. Capital Transfer ensures the connection between pension administration systems and asset management platforms.

Your responsibilities

Test preparation & strategy

• Design and document technical test scenarios and test sets
• Define test strategies focused on system and interface validation

Test execution

You will independently execute technical tests, including:

• Integration testing between pension administration and asset management systems
• Regression testing across complex end-to-end chains
• Performance and load testing
• Validation of technical interfaces and data flows

Quality assurance

• Analyse and report test results
• Identify risks and contribute to continuous quality improvements

Collaboration

• Align closely with developers, business analysts and the Product Owner
• Actively contribute to the technical test approach within the team

• Proven experience independently executing technical tests in complex IT environments
• Strong knowledge of test automation, integration testing and performance testing
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Postman, SoapUI, JMeter, Selenium or similar
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test automation within DevOps teams
• Strong analytical skills and a quality-driven mindset
• Stress-resistant and result-oriented in time-critical, dynamic project environments

• Dutch language proficiency is an advantage
