Job Description - Tibco BW Consultant

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working with TIBCO technologies and related integration platforms.

Hands-on experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW), TIBCO ActiveMatrix BPM (AMX BPM 4.x), and TIBCO BPM Enterprise (BPME 5.x).

Proven experience in monitoring, alerting, and analytics using Azure monitoring and observability tools.

Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, SQL, RESTful Web Services, JSON, XML, and UML.

Azure Fundamentals certification is required.

TIBCO BusinessWorks certification is required.

TIBCO BPM Enterprise (BPME 5.x) certification is required.

TIBCO Cloud Integration certification is required.

Solid understanding of modern software development practices, including CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile Scrum methodologies.

Demonstrated ability to take ownership, work proactively, and drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision.

Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and experimenting with new technologies and approaches.

Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn emerging technologies and industry best practices.
