Tibco BWCE Consultant

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  


• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition (BWCE) and TIBCO BusinessWorks 6.x.
  


• Strong experience with YAML configuration and deployment management.
  


• Hands-on experience with monitoring, alerting, and creating Splunk dashboards.
  


• Experience with application performance monitoring using Dynatrace.
  


• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis of complex integration issues.
  


• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL, XML, JSON, SOAP, RESTful Web Services, and UML.
  


• Strong knowledge of XML technologies, including XSD, DTD, XSLT, and XPath.
  


• Excellent understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), and enterprise integration patterns.
  


• Experience with TIBCO integration products such as: TIBCO EMS, FTL / eFTL, Mashery, TIBCO Administrator, TRA, Hawk, TIBCO Adapters and Plug-ins
  


• Design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise-grade integration solutions using TIBCO BWCE and BW 6.x.
  


• Build and maintain file transfer integrations and automated workflows.
  


• Support application and platform migration initiatives.
  


• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows (Wintel) environments.
  


• Design and implement new integration processes and decommission legacy integrations.
  


• Monitor system health and performance using Splunk and Dynatrace.
  


• Analyze and resolve production issues, including thread dumps, memory leaks, performance bottlenecks, and system failures.
  


• Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing integration solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
  


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments.
  


• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  


• Experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery frameworks.
  


• Familiarity with deployment automation, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  


• Broad understanding of enterprise CI/CD architectures and cloud-native integration practices.
  


• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based integration deployments.
  


• Experience supporting hybrid cloud and on-premises integration environments.
  


• TIBCO BW Container Edition Architecture and solution design experience.
  


• Ability to proactively investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions.
